It seems that art is very popular on here. But the question is: What do people consider art and what do people not consider art? Also, is it possible that many of us have a very narrow point of view when it comes to art? What I have come across in the past couple years that I have been on deviantart is that it is a very good place for artists to be promoted. It is easy for many ARTISTS to get attention for THEIR work. However, I have also found that writers tend to have less pageviews than traditional artists and photographers. It seems to me that many people simply do not want to take the time to read their work. Maybe they just don't think
